Experienced Saudi Lawyer (2-3 Years PQE)

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated lawyer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to JV agreements, service agreements, and supply contracts.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in legal due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate and commercial law issues.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored legal solutions.
- Represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 2-3 years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
