Sabrina is a qualified lawyer in China with the license number 13101201511343846 and Master of Law degree in International Corporate Law from the University of Leeds, England. She also studied Arabic at the Jordan Language Academy in 2013.
Sabrina has over 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on inbound and outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and venture capital/private equity transactions. She has worked with leading international law firms in the UK and China before joining Abdulaziz Bin Ali Law Firm.
Sabrina has advised and represented numerous major Chinese companies in various M&A and overseas investment deals, as well as engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects in the Middle East. She provides comprehensive legal services and solutions, from deal structuring and negotiation to documentation and implementation.
Sabrina is fluent in Chinese, English, and Arabic, which enables her to communicate and handle legal matters effectively in diverse international settings.
